All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Product unavailability
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incomplete or incorrect customer information

5. Shipping

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 applies to all orders within Pakistan.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service.
Brownie Candle is not responsible for courier delays.

6. Replacement & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or, where applicable, a refund.
Refunds are only issued when the issue is caused by Brownie Candle.
Refunds are not available for courier delays, change of mind, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Brownie Candle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
