Welcome to CandleByBisma. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Handmade Products

All candles and ceramic items sold by CandleByBisma are handmade. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, size, shape, and finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required before order processing and shipment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within the stated processing period.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • CandleByBisma is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds on handmade products.

  • Replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or if an incorrect item is received.

  • Claims for replacements must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order and must include clear photos of the product and packaging.

6. Product Care & Safety

  • Never leave burning candles unattended.

  • Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and direct drafts.

  • Follow all candle care instructions provided with your purchase.

  • CandleByBisma is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use of products.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, logos, content, and branding associated with CandleByBisma remain the property of CandleByBisma and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CandleByBisma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website or store page.
