• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 is charged on all orders within Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Courier Delays

• Delivery times are estimates only.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the courier service.

Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

• After verification, we will provide a replacement where applicable.

Incorrect Orders

• If you receive the wrong product due to our mistake, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Refunds

• Refunds are only available when the error is caused by Brownie Candle, such as sending the wrong item or a product issue before dispatch.

• Refunds are not available for courier delays, change of mind, or other issues beyond our control.
